TPM 3 - Final Meeting / Helsinki

The final meeting of our project was held between 29-30 June 2026 in Helsinki, Finland. All project partner organisations participated in this meeting and the closing events, where we evaluated the achievements of the project and discussed future cooperation opportunities.

During the meeting:

• The host organisation welcomed all partners and officially opened the final meeting,

• We evaluated all activities, work packages and project results implemented since the beginning of the project,

• We reviewed the quality of the project outputs and assessed whether the project objectives had been successfully achieved,

• We discussed the dissemination activities carried out during the project and planned future sustainability initiatives,

• We exchanged ideas about the implementation and outcomes of the Multiplier Events,

• We reviewed project management processes and quality assurance measures,

• We evaluated the overall implementation of the project in line with the approved Erasmus+ application,

• We discussed administrative and financial issues and identified the documents required for the successful submission of the final report,

• We strengthened the cooperation between partner organisations and explored opportunities for future Erasmus+ projects,

• We concluded the project with a cultural programme and official farewell dinner hosted by our Finnish partner organisation.
