Learning, Teaching and Training Activities (C1 – Short-Term Joint Staff Training Events) was held by Dokuz Eylul University and Mavi Pencere Special Education Association in Izmir, Türkiye, between 28-30 April 2025. Participants from all partner organisations attended this international training activity, which aimed to strengthen their technical competencies in developing high-quality digital learning materials for the project.

During the training activity:

• Participants received comprehensive training on professional educational video editing using the VSDC video editing software,

• We demonstrated practical techniques for preparing accessible and engaging digital learning materials,

• Participants learned how to use the Learning Management System (LMS) administration panel effectively,

• We provided hands-on training on uploading, organising and managing educational content within the online learning platform,

• Participants explored the user panel and the overall structure of the digital learning environment,

• We introduced the development of interactive learning activities in Moodle, including matching, drag-and-drop, quiz and watch/write exercises,

• Practical workshops enabled participants to create and test their own interactive educational activities under expert guidance,

• We exchanged experiences and best practices on the production of digital learning content and innovative online teaching methodologies,

• The training strengthened the technical capacity of all partner organisations and ensured a common understanding of the digital tools and methodologies to be used throughout the project.
