Welcome to the online learning platform created as part of the "Deaf Chefs Learning Vegan Cuisine" project. Our project was developed with linguists, academics, and food and beverage industry experts from Germany, Portugal, Finland, and Turkey. It is designed for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals who are currently studying gastronomy, wish to pursue vocational training in this field, or are already working in gastronomy and want to develop their professional skills. This platform is free, open-source software, and all training materials are provided to you as open educational resources, free of charge.
